    Decide on the type of jewelry you want—ring, necklace, bracelet, pendant, or earrings. Pick your preferred metal (gold, silver, platinum), and any stones or gems you’d like included. Think about any personal touches like initials, dates, or special engravings.

  • Send Us Your Request

    Use our "Custom Order" page or email us with your design details. Include as much information as possible: metal type, stone preferences, size, and any personal engravings. If you have inspiration images or sketches, attach them too! If you dont know what you want yet, use the Custom Order page, explain what you would like, and we will help you. Our team will review your request and confirm everything with you before crafting begins.

  • We Process & Deliver

    Once your design is confirmed, we then get to work on your creation, once we finish, we make sure every detail is carefully handled with the highest attention to quality. Your jewelry is then Elegantly packaged and shipped straight to your door, ready to be enjoyed.

Deposit & Securing Your Custom Piece

To get started on your one-of-a-kind creation, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit ensures your design is reserved and allows us to dedicate the time and materials needed to craft your custom piece with care. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

How long does it take to complete a custom jewelry order?

All custom orders have an estimated turnaround time of up to 2-3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This allows us to carefully craft each piece with attention to detail and quality.

Can I make changes to my custom order after placing it?


Once production has started, changes may be limited or unavailable. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Are custom jewelry orders refundable or returnable?

Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale. However, if there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right.

Will I see a design preview before my custom piece is made?

Yes, all custom orders include a design confirmation process before production begins. This ensures all details are approved and accurate so your piece is crafted exactly as envisioned.
